What is the return and exchange policy?

Workshops: 
We have a 72-hour cancellation policy: students may cancel with 72+ hours notice in exchange for store or class credit. With less than 72 hours notice, we are unable to offer any refund or store/class credit- no exceptions. We lock in with our teachers at that point, purchase all supplies and contractually still have to pay teachers for your spot whether you attend or not. If something comes up super last minute, feel free to gift your spot to a friend! Email us at info@shopmischief.com to cancel, rebook or if you have any questions.

Products:
We love everything we carry, and we want you to as well! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us at info@shopmischief.com within 14 days of receipt of payment if you decide you would like to receive store or class credit in exchange for the item. Please do not ship the item without first talking to us about a refund. We offer store (or class) credit, for goods purchased within the last 14 days or less, not including the cost of shipping. Please note that items purchased from the “sale” section of the shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. In order to qualify for an exchange, the item must be in new and unused condition, with proof of purchase. We are unable to offer exchanges for items purchase more than 14 days ago.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship your item within 72 hours of your purchase. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Can I do local pickup instead of getting an item shipped?

Sure, why not!  Just make sure you come when we’re open. We are currently open Wednesday through Sunday from 11-6. Our address is:
